Billing questions
What counts as a document?
Anything you create in a month: drafted, imported or duplicated. Templates and forms do not count.
What is an AI call?
One request to the model: a draft, a revision, an intake check, a review, a quote, a suggested reply. The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC and the Billing page shows where you stand.
Do you charge per user?
Not from Pro up. Free and Starter are single-user plans. Pro and Business have unlimited users, so the whole team can have an account and the bill does not move when you hire. What we meter is documents per month, so a team of ten on Pro is $149 rather than ten seats at a per-seat competitor.
Can I change plans?
Any time from Billing. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades at the end of the period. Cancel whenever you like and keep everything you made.
How do payments from clients work?
Connect your Stripe account and a completed document can collect its deposit or full amount. The money goes to your account; the platform keeps the fee shown above.
