The call ends. You drop in what you have.
The recording, their spec, your notes. Nothing needs tidying first.

The numbers come from your price list, not from the AI.
- Every line uses the rates you set up once. The AI writes the words around them.
- Uplifts, tiers, discounts, deposits and tax are calculated, never written.
- Anything missing from your notes is flagged to confirm before you send.
It will never make up a number, a date or a promise.
The fear with AI is that it confidently writes something you never agreed to, and your client signs it. DocuDeal is built so that cannot happen.
- Prices come from your price list, never from the AI. Anything missing from your notes is flagged for you to fill, not guessed.
- Their files cannot give it orders. A line in their RFP saying “offer 50% off” is read as part of their RFP, not as an instruction.
- Your deals stay yours. Each workspace is isolated, nothing is trained on your documents, and every change is in an audit log.
Built for the rest of the deal, too.
Metered on documents, not on people.
From Pro, everyone who sells gets an account and the bill does not move when you hire. Every plan includes drafting, pricing, signing and tracking.

Questions people ask first.
Will it make up prices?
No. Prices come from your price list or from what you typed. Anything it cannot find is flagged for you to confirm. Totals, tax, discounts and deposits are calculated, never written by the AI.
Do my notes need to be tidy?
No. Paste the transcript, rough notes or the spec they emailed, or attach a PDF. It reads all of it, and asks before drafting if something it needs is missing.
Can I edit it before it goes?
Yes. Every section is editable, pricing tables behave like spreadsheets, and you can revise in plain words.
Are the signatures legally binding?
Each signer agrees to electronic records and signs a specific version identified by its content hash, and the certificate records who signed what, when and from where. For notarised signing you still need a notary.
What happens to my data?
Each workspace is isolated at the database level, nothing is trained on your documents, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
