1Summary

Ryan, thank you for the time today. As discussed, this proposal covers 45 seats on Harbourline's annual plan from 1 October 2026, with single sign-on through Okta and guided onboarding for your team. It is billed quarterly rather than up front, and it includes the 10% licence discount we agreed for signature by 30 September.

2What is included

• Platform licence for 45 named users, for 12 months.
• Single sign-on over SAML, configured with your Okta tenant, so the team signs in with the accounts they already have.
• Onboarding: admin setup and two live training sessions for your team in the first two weeks.
• Adding seats during the term is charged at the same per-seat rate, prorated to the end of the term.your notes say "maybe 60 by Q2". This proposal is priced at 45 seats.

3Timeline

• By 30 September: proposal signed, and the 10% licence discount applies.
• 1 October: go-live. Accounts created and single sign-on connected.
• Weeks 1 and 2: the two onboarding sessions, scheduled with you.

5Terms

• Term: 12 months from 1 October 2026.
• Renewal: renews for a further 12 months unless either party gives 60 days' written notice before the end of the term.
• Data protection: Harbourline's data processing agreement applies and is attached for your legal team.attach the DPA before sending. It is not in your content library yet.
• Discount: the 10% licence discount applies only if this proposal is signed by 30 September 2026.
